About the Event
For an hour, we will work on building confidence in sparring by focusing on footwork, blocking and countering, and incorporating combinations taught in class.
Dress code entails full uniform with necessary gi patches and any BKA or plain neutral-colored T-shirt underneath. All sparring gear must be worn, including headgear, gloves, boots, a mouthguard, and an athletic cup for those who require one.
