About the Event
Our Women's Self-Defense Workshop for ages 13+ is as fun as it is impactful! Perfect for our karate moms, sisters, grandmothers, aunts, or friends.
New participants:
We'll base this workshop on RAD: Recognize, Avoid, and Defend — taking a practical approach to women's self-defense. The tactics you'll learn and practice are simple, smart, and realistic.
Returning participants:
If you attended our workshop in December, we'll have some new self-defense techniques to introduce to you. Add some new blocks, strikes, and differerent grab/hold defenses to your toolbelt.
Be sure to wear clothes that you can move freely in.
